  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery availability is subject to courier serviceability in your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on All Orders (unless otherwise mentioned on specific products or during special offers).

  • Any additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only on selected products and eligible pin codes.

  • Orders with COD may be verified via phone before dispatch.

  • CJ Farms reserves the right to cancel COD orders if verification is unsuccessful.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • You can also track your order through your account on www.cjfarms.in.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please do not accept it or record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • CJ Farms is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
